About us

Synchrony Law was established to provide clients with a service that perfectly meets their needs when operating in the UK’s evolving and dynamic business environment.

We work as a ‘virtual’ firm, and this enables us to deliver a highly responsive, yet cost-effective service to our clients. Our services are partner-led and our lawyers are highly experienced, with a proven track record of providing an exceptional service.

The way we work is scalable and adaptable. We offer an innovative suite of services and can be both external counsel and in-house legal support. We are flexible in our fee structuring to fit each project.

We work in partnership with our clients, becoming a trusted advisor readily relied upon in sensitive or demanding times.

While we are a specialist UK law firm, much of our work has an international element, and we have a broad reach in terms of our international footprint as well as a strong track record of assist global businesses, particularly US corporates, investing in the UK.

As a focused boutique firm, clients can rely on us being conflict free and able to act on any issues at short notice without disruption to other legal services that the business utilises.

The firm was designed with data and privacy issues at the forefront of its model and service offering. One aspect of this is that we have state-of-the-art IT systems, security and processes to ensure that our clients’ data is kept securely and confidentially, in a post-GDPR world.

Our partners

We believe that one of the main benefits of instructing Synchrony Law, as a specialist employment law firm, is that when our clients need additional or complimentary services to our own, we can refer them to one of our carefully selected partners who we collaborate with closely.

This gives our clients access to a selection of other like-minded advisers and ‘best-in-class’ experts. Our partners include specialists in fields such as share schemes, pensions, reward and benefits, accountancy, finance and tax. We are also part of an international network of law firms for when advice on jurisdictions outside the UK is needed.
